Due to this many people love to pull his tail, er... Make fun of him; pull pranks. Mainly the thieves do this to him lead by their leader Gallus who is the biggest prankster of them all.
He takes his job too seriously, chasing the thieves(mostly Gallus) to the ends of this earth for stealing a simple apple. As much as a hard ass he is he only does what he has to do because he cares about them.
History:
Jakz grew up in a rich highly privileged family. Everything was given to him before he even opened his mouth to ask for it on a golden platter. Yes this boy was spoiled as a 3 week old miltank milk but even that didn't make him happy. Besides his many siblings he had only one other friend to play with. A orphaned zoura boy he found on the streets. He would invite this lad over to play all the time, he would sneak out to go find him so they could lay on the grass and watch the clouds... Sad to say those good times never stay forever.
As the years went by they stared growing apart. The Zoura grew more and more jealous of what Jakz had and went down the path of darkness as Jakz took the path of justice. They still had their days of watching clouds till the day Jakz was to become a full fledged guard. For years he had been saving for a fire stone to evolve on the day he graduated... Yes he wanted to be a flareon. He DREAMED of being a flareon all his life! The day of graduation his stone was stolen... He chased the thief down and got it back, sadly it was too late. During the struggle they wondered into the woods coming across a icy rock. He evolved into a glaceon before he was able to retain his fire stone...
Now a forcefully evolved Glaceon and the new caption of the guard he protects those in need and chases down them no gooders. Forever looking for the safe haven of thieves...
