She tends to talk to these charms around her waist, mostly the ratatta skull but she will also talk to plants, trees, rocks.... pretty much anything as if it was alive; this might be just voices in her head but she is blind so people just look the other way. She can be a bit flaily and in a rush when she is in her room/brewing room. She will go and try ti find the most oddest ingrediants to make her little potions and charms with; if she ever gives you something to drink or eat do NOT ask what is in it. You might barf.
At night as she sleeps her belly eye opens and she sleep walks around the land. She has a mix of weird dreams, what she sees in her eye and the dream world all get mixed into one. She will sleep talk to you but she will not remember a thing when she awakens.

★History:: Once apon a time there was a lonely lady. She was unable to bare a child no matter how hard she tried. One winter's night she looked up at the brightest star in the sky and wished for a child; after making the wish the start grew bright and zoomed toward her, the light faded as a new born baby jirachi floated down into her arms. She was filled with so much joy she rushed back to her tribe and they named her Ji Ji.
At birth Ji had been blind, no one knows the reason why. Growing up she had acted a bit strange, talking to inanimate objects and talking to... nothing. They thought the poor girl was confused till she spoke about a spirit that lingered in the cave. An old spirit that had lived there that took it's form in a ratatta skull. She was able to communicate with it and even many other spirits. The ol' shaman took notice of her and immediately put her under his training. Over the years she had gathered up many kinds of bones, each telling her something different about the future, past and present. Weather and secrets. Wisdom and stupidity. She also makes potions, charma and brews to help her tribe in energy, cleansing, healing, bravery, and many other fun little magic in a bottle.
★Moveset::
Psychic - He uses it to also help he pick things up and move things (also to fly)
Water Pulse (accidentally taught) - Once in a while she might get a brew on fire, must put it out fast!
Substitute (self taught) - Concentrating she makes a double of herself. Though this uses a lot of energy.
Swift - a fast move that will always hit (pretty stars lD )
★ Bad Habits, or Specific Traits:: She talks to herself alot. Her speech is kinda odd and random.
★ Extra:: She wears the band around her eyes to help hold her headpeice in place (also to cover up her pretty pale blue eyes)
She is kind to all animals as they are kind back to her, all her ingrediance come from already killed ones.
She does go to the shrine to pray
